Qualipak sack filling and weighing machine refurbishment
Qualipak weighing machine refurbished to full working order and fitted with latest Systec weighing technology.
This Qualipak filling machine is designed for the filling and weighing of 25Kg valve sacks, The machine was designed for the filling and weighing of plastic pellets.
The control enclosure on the machine was badly damaged and beyond repair. The vibratory feeder was still in good working order, a two speed controller was fitted to provide accuracy and speed control with Accrapak filling and weighing software.
This machine was completely stripped down and rebuilt after powder coating the following work was carried out.
- Qualipak filling machine, complete strip down
- Frame bead-blasted to remove polymer build up and grease
- New side guards and rear cover manufactured
- Frame and guards powder coated RAL5015 with ripple finish
- New Electrical panel fitted with cut-out for weighing terminal.
- All pneumatics replaced with new SMC
- No-bag no-fill circuit to prevent material spillage (machine will only start when the bag clamp is down)
- IT3 weighing controller fitted with Accrapak ADM weighing sequence.
- Electro magnetic vibrator controlled by a new two speed controller, fitted to control flow rate of product.
- Filling light fitted illuminates when filling.
- Start stop buttons replaced with new
- New weighing platform bag support fitted
- Fast feed to pre-determined weight
- Flow feed to target weight for greater accuracy
- In-flight weight compensation to turn feed off the feeding device ensuring accuracy of 20g per 25Kg sack.
- Fast selection of 9 pre-set weights for fast selection.
- Machine returned in full working order
