FULLY RECONDITIONED STRAND PELLETISERS
We have in stock two used Pelletisers one is ready to be sold the other will be reconditioned in 2023. The first machine is a 200mm Pelletiser suitable for 40 strands, this machine is geared to run at 100m per minute but we can change the drive to suit a lower line speed if required. The base and discharge will be manufactured to suit requirements.
The second machine is a 400mm pelletiser suitable for 80 strands this machine will be assessed in the new year.
ASL200 Pelletiser fully refurbished
The refurbishment of the machine includes the following:
- Rotor reground (rotor has 1-2 regrinds left on diameter)
- Upper feed roll recovered
- New upper roll split shaft
- New lower feed roll
- Lower feed roll bearings and seals replaced with new
- Rotor bearings and seals replaced with new
- Upper feed roll bearings and seals replaced with new
- Scraper blade
- New safety switch on main hood with time delay solenoid
- New safety switch on discharge chute with time delay solenoid
- New spider coupling to lower feed roll
- New 25 tooth glass filled nylon gear
- New15 tooth steel gear
- Pneumatic panel mounted regulator
- Pneumatic filter
- Pressure gauge
- Two fixed and two swivel castors
- Machine mounted on castor mounted base to allow for discharge into sieve
- Hood gas strut replaced
- Machine sand blasted and powder coated RAL5015
- Main hood fitted with Smart mat sound reducing
- Chamber completely stripped, cleaned and built up with new fixings
- Main hood sandblasted primed and powder coated

The refurbishment of the Pelletiser cutting chamber is complete we will manufacture a new base or modify the existing base to suit your discharge requirements

ASL400 Dual drive Pelletiser
We have in stock a used ASL400 machine this machine comes with a large spare parts package which includes spare upper and lower feed rolls, and rotors.The machine will be assessed in the new year and fully reconditioned to a high standard.Price will be determined after refurbishment please contact us if you wish to be kept informed on this machine
ASL400 will handle 80 strands of extruded polymer.
