Feed width 200mm Rotor width 240mm To suit 40 strands at 3mm diameter Dual drive as standard for 1-4mm Pellets Modular design for fast maintenance and cleaning Carbide four edge bed knife 36 tooth helical rotor 7.5Kw inverter driven drive to cutter 1.5Kw gear reduced drive to feed rolls Powder coated RAL5015 satin finish 800 Series suction dryer The 800 series suction dryer is available in four models for drying 5 to 60 extruded strands for both masterbatch and compounding lines, The units light weight compact design takes up the minimum of floor space and its castor mounted base allows easy movement from one extruded line to another. The stainless steel suction chamber has both vertical and horizontal adjustment with a pivot to suit any feed height and angle of strand. The high power suction head dry’s the stands prior to cutting and is powered by an energy efficient fan ensuring both low operation cost and low sound emission. The water is removed from the stands and collected in a water tank it is then pumped out to either drain or back into your cooling bath. We have created a video showing the dryer separating a full bucket of water from the suction head this is done without any filters or loss in suction. 600VF Vibratory feed bagging machine Our Prototype machine was first displayed at the K2016 trade show we have now upgraded this machine after three years of trials to provide a new design. The compact design of the 600DC-VF is ideal for filling direct from the extrusion line the pellets can be filled directly into the bag from the Pelletiser. The machine is designed to fill on extrusion lines of up to 300Kg per hour; the operator fits the sack onto the machine and can walk away and let the bag fill. Once the sack is filled to target weight the feeder stops and a new bag can be fitted making it ideal for small production runs and is very easy to clean between colour changes. When used under a product hopper the machine can be used as a standard filling machine with a capacity of 1.5 tons per hour making it very versatile. Interchangeable heads transform the machine quickly from valve sack to open sack. 600DC Sack filling and weighing machine The 600DC has been exhibited many times but the machine has had a complete makeover in 2019 making it more suitable for smaller sacks, we have also increased the filling speed. New design conical filling head for valve sacks for easier cleaning and faster filling. New design open filling head for easier bag placement and cleaning.
